With 6 different malts, this Christmas porter is deep and unique in its taste. To create a real Christmas feeling, port wine and vanilla have been added, making the beer suitable for Christmas traditions such as risalamande.

Copenhagen 12/11 2022. 50 cl bottle from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Red version of Thisted Brewery’s usual Limfjord-design.
Pours opaque dark brown with a mid-sized and creamy beige head. Settles as a 0,5 cm thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet, pastry-like and dark odor. Vanilla, chocolate and lactose. Brown sugar, coffee liqueur and hints of licorice.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, smooth, creamy, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a strong sweetness followed by a moderately strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a touch of salty licorice. Sweet undertone. Lingering. Finish is dry.
The usual bitter licorice boozer with a light touch of Christmas.
