Christmas Bock is the latest addition to the line of beautiful bottom-fermented Christmas brews, which are well suited to both Christmas lunches and hot Christmas meals.
With its beautiful orange-golden color and a slight sweetness, it is a real "pleaser" during the holidays.
Recommended serving temperature 8-10˚C

Copenhagen 19/11 2018. 50 cl bottle from Meny, Bryggervangen, Kbh Ø. Very intricate, colorful and detailed drawing with two goats, butterflies and balloon. Reminds me a bit of Winsor McCay's Newspaper comic strip about Little Nemo in Slumberland.
Pours hazy maroon with a red hue and medium-sized off-white head. Settles as thin layer of foam just managing to cover the surface of the beer. No lacing to speak of.
Aroma is sweet but not without an bitter edge and with a distinct whiff of alcohol. Caramel, metal, alcohol and light roastiness and toastiness.
Soft carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft texture.
Flavor has a fairly strong sweetness followed by medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and a little harsh with sweet undertones. Lingers for a while. Light alcoholic burn.
Fine Boozy Christmas Companion.
