Copenhagen 6/12 2025. 50 cl bottle from Rema 1000, Frederikssundsvej, Kbh. NV. Green label with a black circle with the name of the beer in bold white letters.
Pours unclear amber with a midsized white head. Stable. Settles as 0,3 cm thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Settles as a thin and patchy layer of foam unable of covering the surface of the beer. No lacing to speak of.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet and malty odor with a solid touch of alcohol. Caramel and toffee. Raisins and plums. The alcohol is lurking just underneath.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, soft, oily. lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a strong sweetness followed by a moderately strong bitterness. Aftertaste is sweetish. Lingers for a while. Finish is semi-dry with a touch of alcohol.
