Red Wheat is a mild and refreshing wheat beer, brewed with Belgian wheat yeast and added aronia and elderflower concentrate. It should be served in tall glasses so you can enjoy the beer's beautiful pink color and white head.

Copenhagen 3/3 2026. 50 cl bottle from Meny, Rotunden, Hellerup. Label in cream and pink shades with a to of people enjoying the Alive festival in 2025.
Pours opaque unclear rosa with a mid-sized white head. Quite bubbly. Settles as a thin layer of foam just covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is moderately intense but gets stronger as the beer warms up. Sugar and lemonade. Oranges. Floral notes.
Medium strong carbonation. Thin, watery, lively and tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a rather strong sweetness followed by a moderately strong sourness. Aftertaste is sweetish. Finish is thin and nondescript.
Probably pretty good for a summer festival.
