Copenhagen 25/6 2016. 50 cl bottle from Kvickly. Label is a bit butcher shop inspired with the golden silhouette of a cow.
Pours clear amber with a substantial white head. Stable. Settles as a 0,5 cm thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Sweetish aroma with a little caramel and fruit - clementine and tart lemon.
Fairly strong carbonation and slightly thick palate. Livey and tingling texture.
Flavor has a subdued sweetness and a more heavy bitterness than I expected. Aftertaste is long and bitter with something slightly burnt intermingling.
Decent food beer.
