Copenhagen 18/12 2016. 50 cl bottle from Kvickly. An Elephant on a bike surrounded by Indian ornaments on the label.
Pours hazy golden yellow with a creamy white head. Stable. Settles as 2 cm thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is of exotic sweet fruit with notable notes of citrus and grapefruit. Some acidity which reminds me of yogurt.
Medium strong carbonation and slightly thick palate. Lightly tingling texture.
Flavor has a moderate sweetness followed by a pronounced bitterness. Bitterness lingers in the aftertaste. Semi dry finish.
Fine but very standard IPA. Not anything special - but solid.
