Copenhagen 2/8 2016. 50 cl bottle from Kvickly. Silhouette of happy little pig on the green label. Fits in with the name of the beer.

Pours clear yellow with a white head. Stable. Settles as a 0,5 cm thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing on the side of the glass.

Aroma is sweet and metallic. Actually does not remind me much of an APA. Sea weed and alcohol.

Strong carbonation and slightly thick palate. Lively texture,

Flavor has a subdued sweetness followed by a stronger harsh bitterness. Bitterness lingers in the aftertaste like burnt plastic.

Quite one-dimensional and quite uninteresting.
