A sip of this specialty beer immediately sends thoughts towards bright, warm sunsets. The spring brew is brewed from light malt and gets a fresh sweetness from grape extract, which is rounded off with a pleasant bitterness from the hops. A sure taste of spring.

Copenhagen 19/4 2015. 63 cl bottle from SuperBest. Label with bikes, a girl running with a kite and other stuff I suppose should remind me of spring.
Pours clear golden yellow with a white head. Stable. Subsiding slowly to a thin layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is fruity - mostly citrus fruit - and a little fermented. Overripe stone fruits and lemon.
Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, lively texture.
Flavor is lemon and citrus as well. On the verge of being sour.
It's apparently a sour spring this year.
