Collaboration with Foley Brothers Brewing
Named for the mountains that bond the New York State and Vermont border, Taconic Double IPA is a very big, piney and citrusy celebration of hops. With twice as many hops as we use in Brown’s Brewing standard IPA, and with varieties we do not typically brew with, this is a very unique and special beer for us. As a collaboration brew, the Foley’s joined us on brew day and we used equal amounts of Brown’s and Foley ingredients. We even used some water from Vermont to ensure a true partnered effort.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
