Shines like the Tuscan sun. Deep gold with brilliant clarity. White, soapy head with low-moderate duration. Medium-low body.
Light-moderate strawberry fruit esters along with a late summer, sweet apple wood.
Rather low carbonation emphasizes the slack and sullen body although that's accurate to pub pours in GB. Amorphous finish; it could be drier.
Bergamot, lemon citrus-y with tilt of grapefruit flavor. Tastes less than bright, it has a sunken depth in the malt flavor.
