On tap at Brown's Brewing Company in Troy, NY.
This one pours a dark glowing red color, opaque, with a small head and a little bit of lacing.
This smells mostly like moderately tart raspberries, without much else going on. It's a nice aroma, but not a challenging one.
This is very tasty, but I wish there was a bit of funk or some sort of hint as to what the base beer tastes tastes like. It's about a 4.5/10 in terms of sourness, with tons of authentic juicy raspberry flavor.
This is light bodied, crisp and clean, with a great level of drinkability.
This is probably a little bit boring, but it's still a tasty beer.

Essentially a tarter version of the Cherry Raspberry ale... And, well, more raspberry-focused. Agree with the other review here in that it is pretty one-dimensional. Solid, refreshing.

An unexpectedly solid tart beer from Brown's. Calling it "sour" is a bit misleading, as it's really only as tart as a fresh raspberry. It's simple and relatively one-note, but it's quite tasty for what it is. Happy to see this from Brown's.
