Enjoyed on draft at the Taphouse Grille in West Springfield Ma, poured into an English pint glass.
A - excellent clarity, steady carbonation works through a caramel colored back drop, towards a thin cap.
S - Lightly toasted malts, some cut grass from the noble hops, nothing off in the nose.
T - Sweet toasted malt base, a bit of light brown sugar, excellent hop addition with a bit of a herbaceous earthy touch.
M - Near perfect, medium in heft and quick to clean up with nice carbonation keeping things popping,
O - A very well constructed Vienna Lager, something worth visiting.
