Juicy, easy drinking, and smooth with Mosaic and Amarillo hops lending an old school flavor to this NEIPA.

Poured into a 16 oz pint glass at brewery in Walloomsac. Pours bronze yellow with decent head and good lacing. Tastes of bright hops with subtle malt backing. Low ABV makes this very enjoyable and crushable.

On tap. Nothing special, nothing distinguishing , just a nice IPA. A good middle of the road IPA. Probably a better session ale than their session ale. 3.75

I bought this to support the local company and see how their NEIPA would be. This beer is NOT a NEIPA. It's a decently made west coast style IPA. I must say I was a bit disappointed.

Lower ABV on this caused me to warrant a becher pint glass.
The appearance was a modest semi-filtered burnt dark yellow color. Small cap of a little white foamy head. Nice looking lace - sly ring with a little bit of a ring-like look.
The aroma had some sweet to danky onion with peachy sweetness. Some candied melon and clean biscuity malts enter in underneath.
The flavor was mildly sweet running through the peach, sweet/danky onions, clean presentable malts all coming together nicely. Mellow aftertaste of biscuits, peach, onion and some grassy hop spice.
The mouthfeel was about medium bodied, perhaps just a touch under. Some sessionability about it. Good carbonation. Finishes with some spritz and sticky fruity tones.
Overall, seems like a lighter version of an American IPA, I don't see this so much of a New England styled one.

A: Poured from the can into a tulip glass. Body is crystal clear golden - doesn't look like a NE IPA at all - with a half-finger of pretty bright-white head on top.
S: Ripe fruit - peaches, apricot - and tropical fruit - mango, papaya, melon.
T: Follows the nose, with stone fruit (apricot, peach) and tropical-fruity hops in the mix (touch of pineapple, along with mango and papaya). Finishes with a clean lemon/lime bitterness.
M: Drinks like a Session IPA - light in heft and body. Not surprising for a beer that's just 5.25% ABV. Active carbonation - again, doesn't seem like a NE IPA (as the can advertises and how it's identified here on BA).
O: Drinks more like a Session IPA or a lighter APA than a NE IPA, but I like the overall flavor profile and impression, so I'm giving this a solid score - not one that reflects how I'd score this as a NE IPA.
