A: Hazy maroon with flecks of crimson or sharper red chili. It looks like a bunch of cherries, lightly rinsed. It runs the gambit from bright to deep red.

S: Definitely cherries, cinnamon Graham cracker, vanilla bean. Not altogether sweet, it has tart cherries mixed in, and it could definitely pass as a pie.

M: Fine and zippy effervescence. Spritely on the palate.

T: Rivals pies made at the local farmstand. It eschews the syrupy sweet, canned fruit you will find from the pie at the local Shoprite. Noticeably less sweet than the sdjuncts in the aroma, it really allows the cherries room to express their depth of flavor. Red jolly rancher, feuit leather, lemon peel, rose petals, dry oakiness.
