A: Mocha brown body, tan \head that subsides quickly.
S: Madagascar vanilla bean dotted whip cream, cinnamon ice cream. Light-med roast, sugary sweet blend of milk chocolate and pineapple upside down cake.
M: Med bodied, extremely smooth, very low astringency.
T: Chocolate sugar wafers. White gummy bear fruit flavors alongside caramel apples, molasses baked pears, dried fig and buckwheat honey. Cherry almond, vanilla cream. Not the sweetest, not the roastiest, not the most decadent but solid overall. It's sweet and semi-smooth; I could've use some more citrus or roast to offset that.
