Bottle conditioned. Brewed with locally grown green hops.
Misty gold in colour. Thin bubbly head.
Smells of English earthy and fruity hops with a touch of doughy malt.
A hoppy bitterness prevails upon tasting. The grainy malt provides a bit of balance.
A soft yet sparkling carbonation with a light to medium body.
Fairly traditional EPA which displays the green hops quite nicely.

This is the first of four different bottles (all 500ml) I bought from this brewery while in the lovely city of Worcester a couple of weekends ago.
The beer should have been opened before the end of March, but I drank it in the first week of July.
Brewed using 'Green hops' (not kiln dried, and pitched into the copper within an hour of being picked), from farms within half a mile of the brewery.
The beer is bottle conditioned: Poured into an 'Old Speckled Hen' vase shaped pint glass.
The beer was cloudy and a pale yellow in colour, really dull yellow to be honest. A snow white head sat on top.
The aroma given off was mostly of hops, a bitterness and suggestions of sourness (Belgian style) mixed together to give an interesting and different smell to most UK beers.
The taste was fairly green (meaning young and not ready), but the name suggests it woukld taste that way. I found it fresh, crisp and obviously hoppy, most enjoyable.
It was a little lively, but not overly fizzy, just a bit over excited to get out the bottle.
