Sample at the brewpub. Pours a brownish-amber color with a medium thin tan head. Thin rings of lacing. Sweet malty aroma with hints of nuts and hops. Medium body with a sweet character, consisting mainly of malt and caramel flavors. The finish is mostly sweet but there are touches of hops here and there. Doesnt hold a candle to Eliot Ness but its alright.

Draught at the Brewery: I found this beer to be pretty decent. It poured a dark amber color with some head. It left a bit of lacing on the glass. There was a somewhat sweet aroma to it, mainly of caramel malts. The taste was good, with a bit of maltiness and a slight hop finish.
