A beer brewed specially for the 2003 Vermont Brewers Festival. It's a ginger-spiced beer. It pours with a light amber body and a light head. The aroma is vaguely fruity, with light ginger tones. The taste is remarkably like Magic Hat #9, but with slightly less fruitiness and a hint of ginger. It leaves a bit of a bad aftertaste. The body is rather light, and the mouthfeel is good. It's not a bad beer, and is certainly drinkable, but I was kind of disappointed by this beer---it tastes a *lot* like the other Magic Hat ales, and really doesn't have enough ginger to even make it distinctive.
