Sampled at NERAX on cask.
This bitter poured a hazy, golden yellow, with some white foam. The smell included malt, biscuits, yeast, and floral hops. A very pleasant smell. The taste was first mild floral hops, but then malt, biscuits, and bread flavors came through. The mouthfeel was smooth and creamy, with medium body and light carbonation. There was a pleasant malty aftertaste. This was a very drinkable bitter, and at only 3.5% abv would make an excellent session beer.
