Gdańsk 24/7 2019. 50 cl can from Amic Market by a Gas Station. Yellowish can with drawing of a European Bison.
Pours clear yellow with a big, white head. Bubbly. Settles as thin, patchy Islands of foam leaving remnants of foam on the sides the glass. No Lacing.
Aroma is malt and quite sweet. Light sour notes rummaging in the background. Grains and bread. Light chemical sourness.
Light carbonation. Thin, oily, almost flat texture.
Flavor is medium sweet. Followed by a lighter bitterness. Aftertaste is sweetish. Lingers shortly.
The big commercial breweries in Poland seems quite preoccupied with producing versions of otherwise boring pale Lagers in unpasteurized versions. So now you can be bored and get a shot of B-vitamins from the yeast at the same time.

Pours a crystal clear gold color. Mildly effervescent feeding a thin white head that collapses quickly leaving not much residual head other than a ring of foam along the outside of the beer.
Aroma has notes of barley, a touch of honey sweetness, and some light grassy hops.
Taste follows the nose with barley malts up front, a touch of sweet bready malts with some grassy hops on the back end. a hint of a nutty malt flavor comes through as the beer warms. Mild but pleasantly balanced bitterness on the back end.
Very easy drinking - you could knock a bunch of these back. Bright carbonation. Semi-dry finish.
Overall this is a really nice lager. At the price point, its a steal and one Ill happily snag again if it stays on shelves.
