Dojlidy Classic: A deep golden color, not a whole lot of head, but what there was was white, tall at the beginning. Aroma is nice, not overwhelming, fairly floral. This is a tremendous tasting beer, classic pils flavor, in fact competitive with any in the style. Rolling, well balanced tastes, initial (light, very light) caramel malts, with a crisp snap of hops. The body is very light, and very appropriate for the style. Exceptionally easy to drink. Nice malty aftertaste. I had this beer with a smorgasbord of food, and it blended well with the variety I had. Another damn fine beer from Eastern Europe.
