The beer after its excavation from the 500ml brown bottle sets in the glass a lustrous gold color with the head bright white and frothy in texture, the head is also impressive in size as it slowly erodes the lace forms a thin but sealing sheet upon the glass. Nose is clean and fresh, malt dominated, as is the start also a tad sweet, the top skinny in its feel to the palate. Finish has a pertinent hop bite, the carbonation light to moderate, the aftertaste quite dry, just an Average Lager/Pils, with a bigger ABV, which does nothing for the beer.

Found this Polish beer for the first time so I picked up one bottle. Poured a dirty golden color; clear but slightly hazy. Slight head disappeared quickly. The flavor sported more maltiness compared to the few other Polish beers I sampled in the past. The slight hop flavor was noticable after swallowing, followed by a lingering chalky flavor on the tongue. My wife and father joined in the sample, agreeing with the "it's OK, but no great shakes" assessment.

A clear golden body is topped by a creamy white head that holds surprisingly well for a beer of 7%, but leaves very little lace. The aroma is limited to some grainy malt and a note of alcohol. It's body is firm; and it's fine-bubbled crisp carbonation gently caresses the tongue. The flavor is of a clean, grainy malt that's well tempered by bitterness, alcohol, and some floral hop flavor. The alcohol is clearly present but never becomes overwhelming. It finishes dry with a burst of alcohol and leaves some residual bitter maltiness. Not bad - as far as strong Polish lagers go.
