Pours clear, dark brown in color with one quarter inch head. Taste is big maple syrup, English toffee, roasted malt, and slight oak. Heavy body, sweet,roasty,medium low carbonation. Delicious. Sweet but not cloying. Seems to capture both styles perfectly. Excellent sipper worthy of an anniversary. One of the best from the brewery.
