A fun addition to Cape Cod Beer. This is part of their One Barrel Series. Cape Cod Beer has come such a long way, it has been fun to see them grow.

This beer poured a nice copper color with a tightly knit off white head. At first it look to be pretty carbonated, this is kind of a bonus in a growler though.

Smell is straight hops. Some subtle bread notes.

The dry hopping on this is perfect. It is a departure from the usual hoppy suspects which is nice. Too often beers all all citrus and cascade hops. The dry hopping added an almost over steeped tea effect to the beer which I enjoyed. The maltiness was batting clean up and allowed for a clean finish

The mouth feel was nice, once again a departure from other brews, almost a tannic feel in your mouth.

I will try this beer as long as it is available at the brewery. Get some while you can.
