Weizenbock is a strong, malty, fruity, wheat-based ale combining the best flavors of a dunkelweizen and the rich strength and body of a bock. Weizenbock has the distinction of being one of the heavy-hitters in both the wheat beer and bock families. Ours is unfiltered with a strong, rounded, malty backbone that showcases the aromatic yeast letting its fruity, banana-like quality emerge. At 8% ABV this beer is no lightweight and will help keep you warm on the coldest nights. We took our time lagering this gem to a smooth perfection and we hope you’ll take your time enjoying it. This beer uses the same special yeast used in Cape Cod Summer Ale and Cape Cod Beer’s award winning Dunkelweizen.

From a mini growler. Pours hazy, copper in color with one inch head. Taste is big banana, clove, caramel, and dark bread. Medium heavy body, moderate carbonation, sweet. This is a wow beer. Best domestic version of this style. The layers of bread and caramel are delightful. Wow is this good.

Thanks to my Father-In-Law for brining me this 500ML Swing Top Bottle.

A straight amber colored beer with a two finger light tan head. Good clarity & little to no lace.

Aroma is a blend of banana and light caramel. Nice...

Flavor was very nice., A creamy banana and malty caramel combination with plenty of yeasty goodness. Any sense of clove was pretty muted..

I like the creamy nature to this. Very smooth.

Nice representation of the style.

Well done.
