This beer was a beautiful clear, coppery red colour with a bit of a ruby hue when held to the light. Unfortunately, my glass arrived at the table with no cap of foam whatsoever. I won't hold that against it though. Very nice aroma, lots of ripe fruit and brown sugar, sweet malts, plus a little alcohol and spiciness. Low bitterness, sugary sweetness with some caramel and ripe fruit. It finished sweet with a bit of a spicy kick. Light to medium bodied, off-dry with average carbonation. Nice texture. Very drinkable. The best I've had so far from Bastone.

On-tap at the brewpub. A new addition by Rockne, with craftmanship and good yeast and hop ingrediants. Reddish amber colour. It's the yeast! Good body, lots of lace and nice bitter finish. Appropriate carbonation. Would be good with supper.Could be the bestbrew at the pub. Nice Belgian.
