Not an appetizing name, but the brew itself was good. Poured a clear, lite mahogany brown with a smallish tan head (damn that chilled glass!).You can detect notes of chocolate in the aroma, and in the taste. A malty start (six malts used) finishes with a lite hop kick (15 IBU), from the one hop used in this one. Mouth was somewhat thin, but nicely carbonated, making for my favorite brew quaffed at Y-I-Os.
