Cagliari 3/8 2014. 50 cl bottle from local supermarket. Blue label with the Ichnusa brand label and the name in white and gold.
Pours clear pale yellow with a quickly dispersing head. Disappears more or less after a minute leaving only thin remnants of fam behind. No lacing.
Malty aroma. Sweet pale malts and bread. Whiff of sour grains and metallic alcohol.
Strong carbonation. Thin, watery, fizzy texture.
Slightly fruity and malty taste. Rather strong sweetness followed by a light bitterness. Lingers shortly.
Not much to it. But refreshing.
