Cagliari 1/8 2014. 50 cl bottle purchased at Gieffe. Strange white label with a sloppy red cross dividing the label in four parts and a black head with a white headband in profile in each part.
Pours unclear pale yellow with a small a white head. Stable. Disappears rather quickly to patches of foam. No lacing,
Almost scentless. Sweet pale malts and bread. whiff of salt and sour grains.
Strong carbonation. The, watery, lively and tingling texture.
Not much flavor either - but slightly more than the "Classic Ichnusa". Mostly malty sweetness and a very light bitterness.
"Cruda" means "raw" in Italian. If this is the raw version I wonder what the tame version tastes like.

Moderate malty (grains, cereals) and light hoppy (herbal) aroma.
Light-to-moderate sweet and light bitter flavour; average-lasting finish with some bitter note.
Light body with watery texture; average carbonation.

SEPTEMBER 2023. 50 cl bottle (1,60€/2€ from supermarket).
"Best before: 12/2023".
Classic smell of industrial beer on the nose: only malts and cereals. (especially corn).
Nice foam hat.
Nothing to say... Usual industrial lager, flat and soulless and which tries to delude itself with the wording "UNFILTERED" into offering a product different from the masses, without succeeding.
It is only slightly cloudier than basic Icnhusa, with a slightly more evident cereal (corn) flavour.
Industrial and soulless.
