This beer uses special water. Nice.
A bright dark orange color, hazy and poorly filtered. Medium white bubbles cream over on the top. Nose is light apples and sweet.
Taste is full of thick molassas malts, biscuits, toasty. Salty and sour. Weak, bitter after, which is also a little tangy. Watery, diluted taste but heavy body. Boring brew that seemed unbalanced and strange.
This is the 3rd brew I've had from this brewery that I haven't been wild about.
