after a few minutes and a few different google searches, i still can't find any information on this particular beer. it looks and tastes like a witbier, so we'll go with that.
cloudy and whitish yellow, witbier appearance at first. after swirling and adding the yeast, it looks like some thick apple juice with a great frothy head. the smell is spicy and minty. interesting, but a little strange. i'm not sure what it is exactly, but it smells like some fruit mint japanese gum.
taste is also interesting. not bad, but i'm not too excited about it. seems to have some character at first but sort of falls apart in weak lingering finish. i wouldn't get this again, but i could see it being a good one to buy for someone as a gateway beer.
