Billowy cotton candy tan head pushes out of the glass and falls like molassas. Thick lacing. Dark copper, active body. Nose is rich, slightly spiced malts, cinnamon and earth.
Taste is thin, watery, light roasted malts and a big dirty earth (or potatoe?) finish. Small malt aftertaste. Carbonation is light and weak and body, too, is light. Feels like a light beer.
Altogether drinkable--and very good-looking, with 3 cm. of deep foam lasting for the entirety of the session. However, not really that exciting. Best normal beer tried from Tokachi Brewing though.
