Poured on tap at Fire on the Mountain on Burnside in Portland, OR. Reviewed from notes.

A- Half a finger white head. No retention. Reddish-brown color.

S- Light malts, subtle scents.

T- Sweet flavor, light malts and some flowery hops.

M- Light body. Carbonation is nice.

O- I actually liked this beer, too bad it is apparently retired.

Thin bodied, foul tasting, and with a grating, chalky mouthfeel, this is an all around awful beer. Tastes like stagnant dishwater. A bad, bad beer. They should call it Leroy Brown. Bad, bad Leroy Brown.

Amnesia is Portland’s newest brewpub and it would appear that they have a few bugs in their system that need to be worked out. I’ll be glad to give them multiple chances in the near future to show me they can brew a decent beer. But those bugs in the system should have been worked out before they opened their doors.
