The look to this brew was light amber, creamy white head, lacing down the glass that stayed put.
Smell was that of crisp white bread, followed by a sweet molasses. picked up a tiny citric smell.
Goes down silky smooth , sweet malt profile in middle. Then backed by a strong hop bitterness. A little bready at end. A alcohol warmth lets me know that abv is kicked up a notch.
This was a wonderful example of a I.V. It tasted great with a warming alcohol quality, but could be sessioned. My first Amnesia brew and hopefully more to come up here. Prost
