Rated 1-17-2020. Remember the name and the taste. Aroma was floral and slightly dank, and taste was similar. Very smooth, which is pretty typical for a fresh hopped beer.

I was baffled by how weak this was. Light yellow in color with a finger of head, but not much of a hop presence in aroma nor taste. This is one to skip this fresh hop season.

Nice aroma with a pleasant sweetness in the mid palate. But turns a bit harsh on the finish

Poured into a Fremont Brewing pint glass. Pours a medium orangey-golden amber with a two finger white head with great retention and lacing. Nice aroma of pineapple, tropical fruit, piney hops, great fresh hop aroma. Flavor follows, with a complex tropical fruit and bready, biscuity malt, light citrus and piney, slightly herbal hops. Medium bodied with excellent carbonation. A nice take on an IPA with an unusual, but tasty fruit inspired body with plenty of malt support. The hops are not as assertive in the flavor as the aroma, but still leave a lasting piney, citrus impression. Nicely done.

Had this on tap at By the Bottle here in Vancouver, WA.
- Caramel color, rather clear... thin white head... not too much lacing....
- Grain, biscuit.. roasted barley scent... bitter pine and citrus hop.
- Big grain and malt profile... smooth and biscuity barley, roasty breads... big citrus and bitter pine hops...
- Light to medium bodied, drying, and overall chewy....
- Not bad at all.. a very flavor packed ale which is easy to drink... but rather robust and filling for such a light brew.
