On tap at the brewery in a shaker pint. Single hopped with Crystal hops. Golden body with a slight haze and a delicate yet resilient bright white cap of foam. Streaks of lacing all about.

Lightly sweet nose with a pleasant blend of strong floral and vaguely spicy notes. Flavor is similarly well balanced. This is easily one of the better cream ales I've tried. Crisp and crackerish for the most part, the malt profile is a good platform to showcase the impressively floral hops. A bit of residual sweetness. Nice sting of citric bitterness suddenly appears at the swallow. A refreshing beer with a clean finish. I really dig the lighter styles when they are constructed with care. Cream of the Crop certainly qualifies.
