Just had on-tap for lunch.... a seasonal brew among 7 they had.
- Golden clear ale... lovely white fluffy head... down to a steady layer and lacing all about.... light amber.
- Overall a very pleasant grain, light caramel... pine and floral hop notes.... very nicely balanced.
- Wow... this beer is good. Perfectly balanced malt... which is light, slightly sweet... nice touch of grain... and the hop[s balance it very well. Not quite the stated 7.4% alcohol... but it's trying. Super smooth and sessionable.
- Light to medium bodied.. slight dryness.. overall smooth and crisp... refreshing.
- I think by far one of the best beers I have had from them. Not too premature.... and the balance is spot on. I love the fact that 4th St. doesn't have to brew mad crazy hop and alcohol bombs to make a fantastic seasonal brew. Their IPA is great, and most of their beers are all very light. I could put this single malt brew away like it was nothing. Gallons. lol
