Third from the Sampler. Hazy pale yellow color with a thin skim of white head on the top but a good amount of lacing in the glass. Light estery nose, bananas and cloves. Light wheaty body with a faint citrus and herb hop flavor to it and a decent hefe-yeast ester finish with nice notes of banana's, cloves and light hints of cilantro. Light bodied with a smooth mouthfeel and average carbonation.

I'm trying this at the brewery. It poured a hazy yellow with white head that is not leaving any lace. The scent had touch of barley and clove. The taste starts with banana presence then finishes with a clove spice. The mouthfeel is lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it's a bit to uneven to give this high marks....but it's drinkable.

Pours hazy, caution light yellow in color with 1/4 inch head. Taste hits all the standard notes: big dose of banana, cloves, and cardamom. Light bodied and sweet. Slightly above average, clean and perhaps the best of the Crescent City brews.
