Tasting notes from 9/7/10. Enjoyed a pint a the brewpub.
A - Dark brown colour with 2 fingers of thick black head.
S - Light nose with some sweetness and a light bitterness from the hops. Nothing really stands out in the nose.
T - Roasted malts, slight bitterness from the hops and some chocolate.
M - Light body, lightly carbonated.
D - Very smooth and drinkable. My favourite of the 3 beers I tried at the brewpub.
