I visited this place with a couple of mates after a day at the Ashes in December 2006. I read diablo14's previous reviews about Coopers Vintage Ale being on tap, but alas, no such beast existed.
Just the usual macros, plus a couple of Cooper's (I drank the Dark). There was plenty of sport on big screens, and a weird local who latched on for a yarn...still don't know what he was talking about.
I don't think the category of "brewpub" applies here. It's an old pub with a fair range, but nothing too exciting. Not sure it meets BA's inclusion rules...

my favorite pub in adelaide. stayed here last year and had a blast. great atmosphere, awesome selection, and handy food, all at a price that will get you two nights of drinking instead of one.
all coopers standard range on tap, and includes aged kegs of coopers sparkling ale. also had coonawarra old ale on as well, and a few other standard locals. prices were cheap, and they usually have one of the coopers beers going at pot prices for a pint. i have never drank so much dark ale in my life! i must also mention the aged sparkling is a gem.
the staff are friendly, the vibe is relaxed and the patrons easy going. being in the heart of the city its not too hard to get too either.
if youre in the city of churches and looking for somewhere to kick up or kick back, all while enjoying a fine selection of beers at dirt cheap prices, this is the place to go bar none
