An excellent and authentic "ordinary bitter" served in London & Southern England. Our beer is distinctly hopped using a blend of Cascade and Willamette hops. As an authentic "bitter ale", it is traditionally lightly carbonated.

A-Bright golden yellow with a thin bright white head. Reducing to a ring and leaving spotty lace.
S-Biscuit malt with a light sharp twang of citrusy hops.
T-Light and smooth a bit of sweetness from the malt and a pleasant hop bite coming in right behind.
M-Medium-light body with a nice soft feel and lingering bitterness.
D-This is more like it when it comes to a "light beer" for me. Nice, sharp, hoppy pop and a smoothness that makes them go down easy!
