500ml Bottle: Poured a light yellow color ale with a huge bubbly head with minimum retention. Aroma is quite weak with some subtle wheat being discernable and almost no spices. Taste is also a letdown with some minimal spices (this beer need more coriander) and a lack of wheat. Body is thin which is no surprise. Doesnt seem to be any infection (seems to be a recurrent theme in past review) but this is definitely not something Im looking forward to taste again.

There's a huge head: 4 inches of white, fizzy, stickiness. Not as crazy as the Rousse, but.... The beer is pale, gold-yellow, hazy. Tons of sticky lacing. The nose is soapy, peppery, citrusy. Lemon and pepper in the tangy front. The middle is more tart citrus leading to a peppery, grainsy finish. This is by far my favorite of the Frères Houblon. It's a nice, fresh, spicy, lemony wit. A little fruitier than Blanche de Chambly. I might even give it the nod.
