Bought a 500mL bottle in Montreal, poured into a pint glass.
A: Golden, hazy, fluffy white head, slight lacing, there is also fermentation suspended in the beer. I noticed this beer is refermented in the bottle, my mistake pouring the bottom of the bottle in the glass.
S: Citrus, hops, earthy, herbs, slight alcohol, it doesn't smell too appealing.
T: Pine, peppery, yeast, bitter, slight alcohol taste. It taste like the way it smells, nothing spectacular happening here.
B: Full body, medium almost heavy carbonation, crisp, dry finish, the body is the best part of the beer
D: It's an alright pale ale, if you love pale ales try this one, otherwise get something else. I'm not a fan and I will not buy again.

A - Goldon colour. Hazy with a nice fluffy head.
S - Citrus is present but the aroma is mild beyond that.
T - Huge yeast and pine from the hops. Really complex. Malts are there and it finishes nice and dry. Different.
M - Full bodied. Crisp finish with dry bitterness.
D - High. Well balanced and enjoyable. A nice surprise.

A new bottled beer from this brewery. Lets try it out.
The color is golden yellow and hazed. Nice creamy head that sticks well to the glass. The aroma is one of piney and citrus. It is of a medium intensity. Not bad, and looks inviting for the taste. Now lets taste this one. Slightly citrusy and some wood/earthy notes. The finish is bitter. Not out of this world, just plain ordinary. The mouthfeel is not great. Way too carbonated for a pale ale in my opinion. One is enough, the taste is not interesting enough for making me want to buy more. Sorry but there is better pale ale out there.

Bottle: Poured a clear golden color ale with a large frothy white head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of citrus and earthy hops is good. Taste is also dominated by earthy hops with light citrus notes and bitter aftertaste with a lightly sweet malt base which is more or less well balanced with the hops. Body is about average with lightly oily texture and good carbonation. I tasted some bad beer form this brewery but this hoppy ale is not too bad.

Another one from a questionable brewery.
A- Opened with a peculiar hiss. Turned away a few seconds and found the table covered in the beer. My first real gusher. It just kept coming out of the bottle looking like bath bubbles. I'm thinking infection or just too much refermentation. The huge bubbles didn't last very long in the glass and I am now left with a thin foam. Dark gold full of dirty brown floaties.
S- Soft grapefruit bubblegum. Hot alcohol once it got to room temperature. Smells good.
T- Doesn't taste infected. Spicy white grapefruit rind. Slightly woody hop finish. This is good.
M- Considerably full in mouth. Feels thick for the style. Medium carbonation. Dry finish.
D- Good. Tastes good enough, goes down well enough.
Kind of a dirty homebrew feel to this. Would I buy this again? I don't know. Maybe with some friends to have them try it. But hopefully the store'll have some better stuff.
