This beer is from Brasserie Racho El Paso's "Obihiro Beer Compania" line.
Deep cherry wood orange red color, topped off with a long lasting dry and sticky spiderweb head. Off-white color and fine bubble consistency. Light lacing. Smell is slightly spicy (hot pepper) flavorful malts, notes of sour apple.
Taste is rich malts with a sting of sourness throughout, reminds of cranberries and sour apple. Roasted grains in there, too. Gentle hop touch at the end and sour afternotes. Medium feel of grains--although slightly watery at points.
Refreshing and surprisingly light overall feel, despite strong flavor. Interesting sour mouthfeel.

Very fine bubbles form a nice head on a hazy orange color body with some golden notes. Again, the smell is weak. Nothing, except maybe some freshness. The taste is very fruity, oranges, lemons, grapefruits and some darker fruits. Citric and enjoyable. The hoppiness is quite fruity and herbal, with some thickness. The mouthfeel offers a nice carbonation, not watery, with just enough complexity for a great drinkability. Good.
