Thick, thick orange gold body with large particulates flying about, quite active in the glass. Cream, tight head, long lasting, simmering effect. Smell is wild, of sweet corn, earth and wood.
Taste is similarly wild--tastes...wild and organic. Roasted grains and sweet corn, big vegetable taste. Ample toasted grain hop finish, with light alcohol effects. Mouthfeel is excellent, creamy with perfectly soft carbonation, thick.
Taste is a little too crazy for this to much more than average in drinkability. A little syrupy.
This beer includes "enoki" mushrooms in its ingredients...
