Thr foamy but thin head quickly fades; the body is of a pale amber color. The smell is enjoyable and sweet, but quite hard to describe. Maybe peaches and melon, a bit floury. Hints of chestnut. The taste is nicely fruity, peaches and some raw cookie dough. Caramel and chestnut. Pretty complex and enjoyable. Mouthfeel is quite enjoyable, a bit floury. Very drinkable. Maybe a bit watery though. The aftertaste is as much caramel as it is hops. I like that.

Head is gone right away to leave only a ring of white foam and a little haze. The color is a pale amber. Very still in the glass. Smell is interesting, caramel and nutty cookies, sweet and floury.

Taste is sweet caramel with some glances of brown sugar. My cookie imagery continues. Round and mellow. Gracious hops enough to balance. Smooth, viscous mouthfeel; light carbonation doesn't arrive until the back of the mouth.
