Une bière aassez atypique. Très faible présence du houblon, tout est dans le malt, ou plutot dans le grain. Assez peu d’arômes au nez, par contre en bouche le coté malté est bien présent, et surtout des aromes de sarrasin vraiment présents. Ca n’est pas très complexe, mais ce gout inhabituel m’a plu
