A - Poured into a pint glass a very dark brown/borderline black with a 3 centimetre light tan head that falls away slowly. Quite a bit of lacing is left down the glass.
S - Chocolate and coffee aromas dominate the smell
T - Like the smell coffee and chocolate dominate the taste but a slightly drak fruit touch comes through as well.
M - Medium to full bodied with a low to medium carbonation.Bittersweet chocolate taste lingers.
D - A very nice stout. Something I'd drink more of without a doubt.

Stout dark brown with a small, light brown head. Oily chocolate fumes atop roasted coffee beans. Sweeter than bitter. Taste starts out sweet and chocolatey with a firm roasted malt backbone. Roasted bitterness increases toward the dry finish. Medium bodied with a slightly oily feel. A nice stout, but nothing to move to New Zealand for.
