This brew pours a very light amber colour with average carbonation that leaves a half finger head and no lacing,as to be expected the aroma is mainly ginger with some boiled candy very sweet but not a nice sweet,it has no mouthfeel really at all with a big sweet taste of ginger, honey and lollies this is definately one for the non beer drinker and i will not buy again.

"A ginger, lemon and honey infused lager." In layman's terms this seeks to a shanty/radler light beer. This is perhaps the most popluar and unique beer of the brewpubs offering.
Apperance- The lightest shade of gold body. Poor head recension, and light carbonation.
Smell- A moderate smell of ginger beer and a little lemon, sadly no honey but there is a weird sweetness in the nose
Taste- A little bit like light ginger ale, with a sweet blend of flavors upfront and a gingerly taste towards the end.
Mouthfeel- A lager slickness with a tickling carbonation. Its really light and has a crisp finish. Somewhat like diet soda.
Drinkability- Sweet things are not really my cup of tea, but the ladies around be are knocking back glasses of this stuff. I guess that is a good thing, so its average.
Summary for non beer drinkers its a safe beat, otherwise grab another pint.
