Saint Bertin pours with very little head, and has a copper amber colored body.
Aroma is sweet and caramel like, with a hint of spiciness like pine; however, not immediately perceptible.
The taste is quite nice. There is a sweet maltiness up front, but has that spicy smack in the end. Metallic hops character is detectable too.
This feels crisp and very clean. This is an easy drinker.
Overall this is a pretty decent beer. It seems above average when compared to the rest of this brewery's line up.
